AECC All-Member Meeting: 22-24 October

We are excited to announce that the AECC will host another exclusive Demo Session at the upcoming All-Member Meeting in October 2024. Due to the overwhelming success of our last demo session event, we are thrilled to bring it back for this year’s meeting. This event is set to ignite stimulating conversations, inspire fresh perspectives, and cultivate deeper connections among our members. Attendees will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite demos, and the winners will be announced at the Networking Reception. Here’s a brief overview of the event:
Event Overview:
- Date and time: Wednesday 23 October from 15:00 to 17:00 (subject to change)
- Location: Weltwirtschaft am HKW | John-Foster-Dulles-Allee 10 | 10557 Berlin, Germany
Submission Process:
- Submit your demo proposal by completing the AECC Demo Submission Form
- Due to the capacity constraints, we may need to limit the number of demos to be exhibited. The submitters will be notified of the decision by email no later than 20 September 2024.
Important Dates:
- 15 September: Demo proposal submissions due
- 20 September: Acceptance notifications
- 23 October: Demo session date
Demo Format:
- This demo will be open to invited non-AECC guests, so we ask presenters to treat it as a public presentation.
- The 5GAA, which has a liaison with AECC, will be holding a meeting near the AMM demo location and will also be invited.
- Exhibitors can showcase their latest prototypes with live demonstrations and demos.
- Demos can encompass any topic within the scope of AECC.
- We strongly encourage exhibitors to personally present their demos during the session. For those unable to attend the All-Member Meeting in person, we offer an option to submit video demonstrations.
- Videos must be received by the organizers one week prior to the event and will be played on the main screen at the venue.
- Videos should not exceed 1 minute in duration.
- Please note that neither the Demo Session nor the submitted videos will be streamed over Zoom.
- The organizers will provide a desk (W1800×D450×H720), a 32-inch LCD monitor, an HDMI cable, an A1 portrait-sized poster board with an easel, and Wi-Fi connectivity. While the preparation of a poster is optional, exhibitors may request special arrangements through the submission form. Organizers will contact you to discuss these requests, which will be fulfilled on a best-effort basis and may not be guaranteed.
- In adherence to AECC’s Antitrust Guideline, sales activities are strictly prohibited during the demo session.
