AECC All-Member Meeting
Driving Progress in Connected Mobility
The AECC All-Member Meeting, Driving Progress in Connected Mobility, will take place in Tokyo, Japan on 4-5 November 2025*.
The meeting will take place at the Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo, and will encourage great discussions, interactive sessions, and offer a chance to network face-to-face with the Board and your peers. Due to capacity, registration is now closed. If you have any questions, please email [email protected].

We are excited to announce that the AECC will host another exclusive Demo Session at the upcoming All-Member Meeting in November 2025. Attendees will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite demos, and the winners will be announced at the end of the evening.

Keynote Speakers
We are honored to welcome two distinguished keynote speakers at the upcoming meeting:

Masaru Ohtaka (NTT)
Title: IOWN Product Design Center Fixed-Mobile Convergence Development Project, Senior Manager
Background
- Engaged in the design and integration testing of call processing applications for 3G RNC and 4G eNodeB at a mobile communications company.
- Worked for an automotive company, engaging in the R&D of telematics units, development of the North American e-Call system, development of EU GDPR-compliant functions for navigation systems, managing communication SEPs (Standard Essential Patents) and Avanci licensing, research on safe and secure networks, and strategic planning for the research institute.
- Engaged in formulating and promoting introduction strategies for the Fixed-Mobile Convergence Development Project at the IOWN Product Design Center.

Kosei Tsushima (JASPAR)
Title: Connectivity Working Group SDV Task Force Leader
Background: December 2022: Joined the JASPAR Connectivity Working Group; August 2024: SDV Task Force Team Established
Presentation Titles: Exploring the Future of SDV Connectivity for Vehicle Service Enablement / Towards Continuous Refinement and Sustainable Delivery of SDV Services
Abstract: We strongly desire to improve the operational uptime of SDV systems by efficiently managing the NW system. We look forward to collaborating with you to explore sustainable local NW systems and SDV communication technologies that enhance quality of life.
